Spring Week: Inside the Industry is designed for students who are passionate about working within our Investment and CIB Risk business areas. It is open to undergraduates from any discipline who are studying across Europe, graduating in 2016. You'll participate in interactive presentations, case studies, work-shadowing and recruiter workshops. You'll also network with senior business leaders and recent Analysts who were once in your position. There's no question, you'll end your week with a vast amount of knowledge and skills you didn't have before about our Investment Banking and CIB Risk business areas, and have a clearer understanding of where you could fit in. We recruit many of our interns and subsequent full-time Analysts through our pre-internship programmes, so there are very real career benefits to be gained from just one week with us.
