Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager to work in our UK Mobility and Transaction & Investor Support (TIS) practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Mobility, Automotive and Energy.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of consulting projects for private equity and corporate clients, leading day-to-day operations, guiding teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include delivering strategy, operational excellence, due diligence and value creation projects, collaborating closely with Roland Berger and client teams, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
National and international travel may occasionally be required.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm, with a demonstrable track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and wider strategic assignments in Mobility, Automotive, Energy, or Engineering sectors
Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with data analysis and modelling
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations
Client orientation: Strong client-service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead teams
