Key responsibilities/What you do

Complete project assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including conflict, client and stakeholder management and other relevant aspects

Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them

Contribute to pitches and provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management.
Key requirements/What we hope you bring:

University degree or equivalent experience, project or consultancy experience applicable for the desired seniority level

Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation

Insurance experience and/or business acumen, experience in project and program management, experience in change management/quality management/integration/re-organization/process development and continuous improvement

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience

Fluency in written and spoken English
