We offer different entry-level career opportunities for
university graduates with above-average grades. With a Bachelor degree, you
enter Santiago as Analyst, with a Master degree you start as Associate
Consultant. In both cases, you will make an impact from your first day at
Santiago.
Our onboarding program gives you an initial overview of our working
methods and tools and enables you to work in an established team right from the
start. Every team is accompanied by a Santiago Partner or Managing Director, so
you learn from experienced professionals in your day-to-day work.
In order to

We are not only committed in our daily work with our
clients, but we also feel responsible towards the further development of
society.
For this reason, we support social initiatives either financially or
through projects that we carry out pro bono.
For example, every year Santiago
employees internally present social projects they are personally engaged in.
They raise funds for these initiatives from their Santiago colleagues and
Santiago as a company doubles the raised donations.
Since starting this initiative
we have already donated more than 150,000€ to social initiatives, and through
our personal engagement we achieved a high transparency regarding the use of
these funds and know that we have made a significant impact.
Furthermore, we strive for sustainability and aim to achieve
CO2 neutrality for Santiago by 2028. We will reach this goal by reducing CO2
emissions and investing in CO2 compensation programs. For example, we choose
the mobility alternatives that contribute least to climate change by avoiding
to fly where possible, traveling more by train, taking advantage of local
public transport and increasing the share of our vehicles that use CO2-saving
technologies such as gas, hydrogen and electricity. We will also step by step
compensate for the CO2 consumption that we cannot reduce via annual investments
in appropriate projects (solar, wind, forestry or biomass).

Life beyond consulting
At Santiago we know that our employees have different needs
regarding the compatibility of career and private life. Some of us start
families, others pursue personal passions or want to experience different
cultures and countries, while we all do the work we love.
We offer you modern
working time models that give you plenty of flexibility how you structure your
working time - from sabbaticals lasting several months to regular reductions in
your annual working hours. We also support any academic further development,
such as MBAs, doctorates etc., through individual solutions.
We have been experts in remote working since many years,
even before the Corona era: If we are not at our customers’ sites, we mostly
work from home. This way we avoid unnecessary travel and enhance our
flexibility in balancing personal and professional life. However, we also
regularly come together in our Willich office and other regional hubs.
Last but not least we like to have fun and meet at numerous
events around the year. We have regular team events to exchange ideas outside
the office, meet half-yearly for several days for our “Advisors’ Days” and
regularly at other events such as the Munich Oktoberfest or sports events.
Get-togethers like these allow us to get to know each other better and create
invaluable bonds that we build upon during projects. They are one of the
reasons for our outstanding team spirit and collaborative culture at Santiago.
