My life before joining Allianz Consulting

Before I joined Allianz Consulting, I was a working student at Allianz Technology for almost two years while completing my bachelor’s degree in international business in Munich. It was the first time I was exposed to the agile way of working, which led me to want to become a Scrum Master/Agile Coach and support teams on an international level. I felt this role was perfectly fitting to my background.

My motivation to join Allianz Consulting

What I like the most about inhouse consulting is that you are able to stay in touch with Allianz colleagues even when you change projects. As an inhouse consultant, you receive the opportunity to work with international teams and work on projects outside of Germany. For example, as a new joiner in my probation period I was given the opportunity to travel to Pune, India, where I coached onsite Scrum Master and organized trainings. This was an invaluable experience to be exposed to another culture and develop an understanding that there is no one right way of working.

What I enjoy most at Allianz Consulting

The ability to shape my own career. I can decide how much of a challenge I want to take on and grow, which fits perfectly to my personality type. Change is crucial, I believe that you grow personally as well as professionally when you dare to leave your comfort zone.

 My life before joining Allianz Consulting

I am a results-driven IT consultant and business development professional with more than 9 years of full-time working experience, including 6 years in IT. Before joining Allianz Consulting, I worked at Allianz Technology for around 2 years and previously spent over 7 years in IT software companies as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager.

My motivation to join Allianz Consulting

Upon joining Allianz Consulting, I was seeking a place where I could leverage my current skills to add value to innovative projects across Allianz. At the same time, I aimed for opportunities to learn, grow, expand my network, connect with wonderful individuals, and contribute to positive changes for both insurance end-users and internal Allianz teams.

My life before joining Allianz Consulting

During my studies, I gained valuable experience as a legal advisor at a small law firm. Working closely with an experienced lawyer, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks, from conducting initial client interviews and case assessments to preparing for court proceedings. This comprehensive involvement deepened my interest in Compliance, as it perfectly combines business management with legal principles. To further develop my expertise in international law, I relocated to Munich, where I pursued a Master’s degree while simultaneously completing an internship at a wellknown global consulting company. This role provided me with exposure to Compliance audits for large multinational companies, enabling me to gain a broader understanding of industry standards and emerging technologies.

My life before joining Allianz Consulting

Before joining Allianz, my journey was far from ordinary. It began in Russia with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, followed by a career as a data scientist in a biotech startup in Berlin. I then ventured to Ethiopia, where I helped streamline the operations of a home service delivery company through data automation. Each step sharpened my skills and prepared me for the global stage. Now, I’m driving innovation at Allianz consulting, one project at a time.
