When I first set foot into a Bain Office on the first day of my internship, I could never have expected to be entrusted with so much, so quickly, and to be able to develop the way I was able to here. I wholeheartedly believe that Bain is the best place to start your career. Even as an intern, you get entrusted to work on meaningful work packages from day 1, and the level of coaching and attention I got to help me develop over the first 2 years was something I could never have gotten in a different career. What sets Bain apart is the culture - our German offices feel familiar, and I met many of my closest Friends at Bain. Everyone is always approachable and eager to help make the experience a good one - the phrase "A Bainie never lets another Bainie fail" is more than just a catchy slogan: It gets lived and drilled into you from day one and there are numerous occasions where I was able to rely on that close team bond to solve tough problems.
