We as CSP - Center Strategic Projects, are Deutsche Telekom's strategic inhouse consultancy. Thus, our client is Deutsche Telekom. We consult the top management, VPs, SVPs and of cource the Board of Directors of Deutsche Telekom in the most relevant transformation projects of Deutsche Telekom.
Our projects last 3-6months with 3-4 consultants on average. The topics are very interesting and vary from M&A, organizational to customer experience and efficiency projects. It nevery gets boring! I have worked on the M&A deal in Romania where we sold the fixed business to orange or was part of a project that dealt with setting up a new organization that facilitates the transformation of Deutsche Telekom to a leaner and more efficient one. We as consultants at Deutsche Telekom set-up the strategy, the concepts and leave as soon as the concepts get implemented. We work hand in hand with our clients, we collaborate. We are not only strategists, but we are at the core of what Deutsche Telekom is doing and therefore can ensure that our strategy and concepts are implementable. That combines the best of both worlds - strategic mind-set with a sustainable impact when it comes to operationalization!
40 Stunden pro Woche
At Deutsche Telekom's inhouse consultancy CSP (Center Strategic Projects) I have experienced that we live a great company culture. And I can only repeat it over again and again, that for me the people at CSP make my days. I know that we do not only hire for skills but also for personality and character. Thus we are more then colleagues that get along very well on a professional but also on a personal level! Additionally, our partners, the leadership team, shapes the culture of our workplace together with us. They listen to our ideas, the take our wishes for changes serious and most importanly they act.
