Li-en Lin started as a Junior Consultant and is now a Senior Consultant at Allianz Consulting.
What did you do before you joined and what was your motivation to join Allianz Consulting?
I joined Allianz Consulting as a Junior Consultant shortly after completing my Master’s in Management. Before that, I gained experience in several areas, including project management, digital marketing, business development, and digital transformation.
Given my cross-functional background and strong interest in new technologies, I realized that a career in in-house consulting would best suit my goals. That’s when I discovered the opportunity at Allianz Consulting in the Technology & Innovation pillar, which I joined in October 2023.

What is your current position and which role did Allianz Consulting play in your career?
I am currently a Senior Consultant at Allianz Consulting. Throughout my journey, I have taken on different project roles, including PMO, solution designer, and product owner, within one of the largest transformation projects in Allianz.
What I particularly value is the flexibility to find projects that match my expertise and interests, as well as the platform it provides for individuals with diverse skill sets to contribute and grow. Beyond projects, Allianz Consulting supports professional development through a wide range of learning opportunities, including GenAI trainings, LinkedIn Learning, and upskilling programs leading to industry-recognized certifications.
